使用Halium方式移植SailfishOS

根据 https://github.com/SailfishOS-psyche/droid-config-psyche/blob/master/rpm/droid-config-psyche.spec#L12 看出基于android13，也就是lineageos20，需要这个版本的底包。
目前只找到了这个 https://github.com/lamjiidii1/ota_releases/releases/tag/AugRelease 有更新一点的欢迎补充
